The Modern Fuel Station – Al Khobar Highway is a contemporary commercial development designed to provide a complete and efficient fueling experience for both daily commuters and long-distance travelers. Strategically located in Al Khobar, the station serves a high-traffic route, ensuring accessibility, convenience, and operational efficiency.

Developed across a total area of 3,000 sqm, the project integrates advanced infrastructure with modern design standards. It includes 8 fuel dispensers and 3 underground tanks dedicated to diesel and petrol storage, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted service.

Beyond fueling, the project enhances customer experience by incorporating a fully equipped convenience store, a dedicated prayer area, car wash facilities, and an EV charging system—reflecting a forward-thinking approach to modern mobility needs.
